Account Deletion Information
We respect your right to control your personal data. Use the secure OTP form on this page, the in-app settings, or contact our support team to permanently delete your ProjectFlow Attendance account.
What Gets Deleted
The following data is permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your name, email address, and employee profile information
- All check-in and check-out records associated with your account
- Leave requests and approval history
- Location data collected during check-ins
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers
Data That May Be Retained
- Anonymised or aggregated records used for organisational reporting
- Data required by applicable law or regulation (e.g. payroll records)
- Support communications, retained for up to 12 months
Important Notes
- Deletion requests may be subject to review by your organisation's administrator if tied to an active employment record
- Deleting your account immediately revokes all app access
- Attendance data required for payroll or legal purposes may be retained in anonymised form
Delete via the App
- 1Open the ProjectFlow Attendance app on your device.
- 2Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- 3Scroll down and tap Settings → Account.
- 4Tap Delete Account and confirm by tapping "Yes, Delete My Account".
- 5You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is processed.
