You have the right to delete your account and personal data. Use the secure form below.

Account Deletion Information

We respect your right to control your personal data. Use the secure OTP form on this page, the in-app settings, or contact our support team to permanently delete your ProjectFlow Attendance account.

What Gets Deleted

The following data is permanently removed within 30 days:

  • Your name, email address, and employee profile information
  • All check-in and check-out records associated with your account
  • Leave requests and approval history
  • Location data collected during check-ins
  • Push notification tokens and device identifiers

Data That May Be Retained

  • Anonymised or aggregated records used for organisational reporting
  • Data required by applicable law or regulation (e.g. payroll records)
  • Support communications, retained for up to 12 months

Important Notes

  • Deletion requests may be subject to review by your organisation's administrator if tied to an active employment record
  • Deleting your account immediately revokes all app access
  • Attendance data required for payroll or legal purposes may be retained in anonymised form

Delete via the App

    Open the ProjectFlow Attendance app on your device.

    Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. 3
    Scroll down and tap Settings → Account.
  4. 4
    Tap Delete Account and confirm by tapping "Yes, Delete My Account".
  5. 5
    You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is processed.
